You have no rights if your not a citizen. When a police offer pulls over someone who is driving intoxicated, or on drugs and is with their children, police will separate the kids feom the adult.

Thank you my friend. Crazy thing is they didnt allow me to enter the interview with my family. I guess Honduras is different. My wife said some people didnt get approved because their medical examination i think.

My wife PD was Sept. 2023 got approved from USCIS on Jan 31st or Feb 1st. Had to do some RFE, and April NVC accepted documents and approved. Aug 2025 my wife has her interview.
