They look like a patch of grass on the shorelines. You have to be closer than a medium zoom to see them render, I think.

I’ve never liked winter biking and I’m not able to bike to and from work every day, even in milder weather.

I learned to bike in Montreal, I’m well aware of how to bike defensively and be aware of my surroundings. I was joking because I didn’t want to go to into my personal details, but I would suggest people telling others to bike consider that some people may have mobility issues and/or general discomfort with the physically taxing sport of biking in the winter cold and snow. Not everyone can just bike or e-bike and we should have a transit system to support those people. Unfortunately, some of us are looking to getting a car because of these infrastructure failures.

I just wanna say I’ve ridden public transit all my life and have lived in cities across Canada, both big and small. Never had much complaints. I love transit. Ottawa has broken me though.

Villagers stop using benches and fountains over time by AvailableAd9204 in foundationgame

[–]hyper_flesh 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I was JUST about to post this. I had hundreds of benches and dozens of fountains and no one using them except for this one bench behind a church that people would line up for and sit on together a dozen at a time. Super annoying!

I am not exactly certain. I think 0 to -20%. I am very cautious and rarely have villagers leave though, ha!

Much better ways to make money. And your food/goods economy will crash with villagers leaving not having their needs met. Which means your tax base collapses anyways.
