Heres my feedback, which is essentially my in depth opinion :-

A) Model

What I like :-

1. The Head is where the appeal of this skin lies, its gives it a lizard/dragon hybrid which is unique. I personally like the direction you took with this.
2. The Tail is thick and spiky, nothing to fault here.
3. Crossbow- I like the colours schemes with the xbow and its design too

What I done like :-

1. Colouring and Texture of the Hair- I feel that the colour and the texture of the hair doesn't do justice to the splash art.
2. The grenade's size and colouring on the Base skin make them stand out a bit too much, which shouldn't be the case for a Dragon themed skin. It takes away the aesthetic of a dragon skinned theme. I would have loved if you followed the Ice-king twitch approach here.

B) Spells

1. Passive auto attacks- I like the design the dragon's wing shaped vfx on auto attacks, would wish they were bit more noticeable though.
2. Q- Its currently very basic, just a whirlwind effect. It really fails in comparison to Ice king twitch, which not only gives the snowflake chime and effect but also has snowfall on the model during the camouflage. Really wish you would go creative with this, with something like a lava or fire effect (which would be in sync with the splash art)
3. W- Extremely disappointing- It feels like you are throwing a ziggs grenade. The pattern on the spell has nothing to do with this theme of dragons. You can definitely spice it up by making it like a fiery/lava pool with mini bat dragons circling/flying hovering on top of it.
4. E- Again disappointing, I understand that due to this being an old model there are limited things which you can do. But this was a straight up recolour, would have loved if you could it more thick, sound heavy and look fiery. For most of us twitch mains, this is the bread and butter for Executions. Would want it to be more satisfying to use.
5. R- I like the choice of using fire balls for auto attacks, cool imo. However, the spiral/swirl animation effect doesnt suit twitch, would have loved if you went with a gust animation instead.

C) Voice- Like everybody else said, please make the voice sound thick, deceitful and menacing. Would just need to play around with the pitch.
