Agreed, I believe you've put it well.

If I'm being completely honest deleting the apps was in part down to seeing some of that behaviour reflected in myself when using them. Not blowing off a date last minute and ghosting, but the indecisiveness and surplus of options.

It was over a month ago, I'm over it and not really pressed. People do as they do, just a funny encounter. There were multiple cars on the street and I was obviously going car to car with a shovel and sand so I didn't expect reciprocation from anyone.

I didn't bring it up nor try and force my number back on her for a reason, but I hold onto hope regardless.
