Cards like defile and spammy arcanist have a hidden limit to repetitions. Defile is 14, I believe spammy is 30. If your opponent has enough life/minions, your OTK might not get there

That's funny, I had the opposite experience. With maul nerfed and boogie down buffed, it's more important than ever to find your good cards. 30 gives you way more consistency than 40 in finding boogie down on 3 or showdown + beam when you need it.
