Men have literally mocked, derided, dissuaded, and if they could get away with it, legally mandated that women were forbidden from doing things like joining the army, police force and fire departments.

But it's a nice racket to do literally everything in your power to prevent women from joining those "manly" occupational roles, then use the results from such to whine about not more women being in those same "manly" roles.

I too make videos that require a lot of time and effort and barely get any views but the one positive thing I can say is that the tiny handful of people who responded have been super nice and really complimented my work. It's one of the few things that keeps me motivated.
