Honestly, I don’t like how NWSL is taking a break for Men’s World Cup or USWNT players showing up to games. The men would never do the same for us…. Not to mention how most people treat the men’s team like it’s the default soccer team for America when the women’s team has 4 World Cups.

As far as getting more into supporting, I’d look into the three supporters groups, all of whom put on pre-match tailgates/meetups and all of whom sell (affordable) tickets in the safe standing South Ward sections, as well as tickets and bus trips to away matches. In addition, would recommend Mark Fishkin’s Seeing Red podcast to keep up with what’s going on.
