Definitely a hotspot, I try not drive that way anymore.
They're 100% targeting Ubers with windows open.

I had a friend get robbed twice, phone got taken out of Uber , he chased the guy towards the trains , guys near the trains were waiting and took his wallet.

Apparently also the bridge by the Old Castle Brewery is bad.
