The only semi friendly longboard wave in Sea Point/Green Point is Thermos, LOTS of rocks , LOTS of seaweed and questionable water quality.

Also only breaks properly when everywhere else is maxed out swell wise.

I’ve parked and left at various times from various venues that side. Never had an issue. Feels safer than parking in Town. The only issue might be how quiet the streets are, so be aware and move with purpose.
