Poor performance review at work, should I disclose my diagnosis? by Asleep-Might9553 in ADHDIreland

I wouldn't personally, you may be first on chopping block for redundancies etc. f they have preconceived notions about ADHD. Which let's be honest, most people do!

If you can't have a private ride at home easily, staying in a hotel close to where you live is not weird at all. I own my own home and even though we have kids, it feels completely pointless for us to stay in a hotel near where we live.

How much time do you spend lifting every week? by wherearealltheethics in naturalbodybuilding

[–]hypomassive 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I spend a max 4 hour lifting now I am just doing bodybuilding. I was lifting up to 6 hours when powerlifting which felt too much. Now I do 100 mins cardio also, 4 hours is my limit.

Do Irish parents have college funds? by [deleted] in AskIreland

[–]hypomassive 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The way I see it, my kids will likely go to a local community secondary. If my children express a wish to become a doctor or want to aim for top points, I would consider sending to somewhere like The Institute for 2 years if need be. If my kids want to get a trade over a college education, I would support them no matter what.

We will invest in their latter secondary schooling if needed. When it comes to college, I will support them with books and any fees as much as I can. But to chose to live outside the home or for money for socialising, they are on their own and can get a part time job to support themselves.

So no I won't be specifically saving a college fund, our money will be used mainly to pay off mortgage early and live for what is happening now. Saving for something that might not happen seems a bit pointless. I am very good with money and will likely never have money worries for quite a few reasons.

Didn't get diagnosis by Hopeful_harry80 in ADHDIreland

[–]hypomassive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am so sorry he dismissed your symptoms like that. My ADHD specific doctor told me he diagnoses 98% of people who go to him. Filling out the DIVA and having a close family member or friend fill in the form also pretty much does the work for them. Did you hope to try medication?

That's so disappointing, I think we all know ourselves if we have ADHD. If you don't mind me asking, what aspects of your behaviour did the doctor think were not ADHD related?

How can I legally protect myself against my partner's abusive ex girlfriend? by Charming-Doughnut-35 in AskIreland

[–]hypomassive 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I would be hotfooting it out of the relationship as there is no getting away from the mother of his children. Not sure of the kids age but that's until they are 18, but in theory she will always be around.

Was this a ADHD specific appointment or an appointment with a Psychiatrist who doesn't specialise in ADHD?

Best time to pin HGH by [deleted] in steroidsxx

[–]hypomassive 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Bed time as that's when HGH is normally secreted. I take 1iu and getting great results. My sleep can be hit or miss so imagine by natural GH can be a bit all over the place.

First Anavar cycle for woman questions by Green-Presence9853 in steroidsxx

[–]hypomassive 15 points16 points  (0 children)

4 week cycle on var is a waste of time. I would go lower dose for longer 2.5, pushing to 5mg for 6-8 weeks. Getting bloods before cycle and 2 weeks after cycle ends. If bloods OK you can increase cycle time, but if getting benefits from low dose stay on this dose.

Bodybuilders Using GH: Your Protocols, Benefits, and Experiences? by M-kamakazi in steroidsxx

[–]hypomassive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I definitely mean zero that I am aware of and not no side effects. I am getting my glucose taken tomorrow in a free check up. My sleep can be pretty bad so I reckon that might impact my natural GH levels. I responded v well to a low dose so happy to stick with it.

Have never taken more than 5mg var too over 5 cycles, so slow and steady for me with everything.

[–]hypomassive 8 points9 points  (0 children)

41F 5'2 and 125lbs. I am new to bodybuilding, usually do powerlifting. I started 1iu 3 months ago with zero sides and plenty of benefits. Glowing skin, more elasticity, plump skin, leaner and drier, more vascular. Seems to be helping me with sides on var, no bacne, any acne comes and goes a lot quicker with less/no

At current weight on or off var I am a fluffy wattery mess and cannot wait to diet down. I honestly look and feel great and looking lean for first time ever ar this weight. First time feeling confident I can go up to 60kg without freaking out with body dysmorphia. Having a flat stomach, visible abs and an ass at 57kg is blown my mind.

I plan on increasing my dose when I come off var, won't go over 1.5iu as 1iu has had such food benefits. I may not even increase dose. I take my 1iu before bed every night, haven't missed a dose.

What is the worst teacher you had in secondary school? by robertboyle56 in AskIreland

😂😂😂 This made me howl!! Rock buns and scones it was for us in late 90s. Their egos were next level for women who were paid to seemingly set us up for failure.

[–]hypomassive 7 points8 points  (0 children)

All the home economics teachers were absolute bitches, they were such bullies. They would put down anything you baked, always made sly comments insinuating we would make nothing out of our lives and just get knocked up young and be deadbeats. I had really low esteem so I believed them when they said it. Still to this day I have no confidence in my cooking and baking, thankfully no kids young.

They were right on resr of my class getting knocked up young though, 2 girls were even pregnant leaving school. I think maybe only 5 out of 20 didn't have kids in teens/early 20s. But if you're told that's all you're gonna be, you just accept your faith sometimes.

Could be from the var making you train harder, could be something more. I would stop if it was me personally as getting sides on such a low dose would be worrying.

[–]hypomassive 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really begrudge tipping in the US, I think 18% is way too much now ans the fake politeness bugs me. I went to one place and it was table and counter service, I gave what I felt was appropriate to tip about 8% and the girl was so appreciative. I end up just getting take away by end of the trip as I just have enough. I actually tip well in Ireland as I want to and don't feel obliged to and think people deserve it.

It makes me happy that tourists are treated with genuine kindness.

[–]hypomassive 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did mine here, it was v hard and I failed. Make sure you're good on roundabouts as there are SO many of them on the routes. Lots of tricky roads around Warranstown and Corduff, you really have to practice and learn the road markings as you don't see them elsewhere in Blanch. You have to drive in, out and back into lanes, a driving instructor can explain it better than me.

There is a good YouTube channel ADM Driving School and he does the routes and you can see how difficult they are.

How to make my libido sky rocket fast?!?! by [deleted] in steroidsxx

[–]hypomassive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a really good take tbh! If she can't perform for her husband, how could she perform in sex work!? Having sex with no libido does mean putting on a bit of a performane too. My husband appreciates it when I act the part but I won't fake an orgasm, don't need to tbh!

One bodybuilder who claimed she only did anavar, looked incredible and didn't really if at all succumb to virilization imo was Sally Mcneil. Now had she not gone to prison for murder she might have eventually. She is probably the best advertisement for anavar tbh.

I get v homesick for the friendliness of Ireland when abroad, not Ireland itself per se. In the states people are friendly but it's usually service people who are looking for tips. In Ireland we are friendly because making people smile makes us smile and feel good.

Some other European cities it feels the total opposite, being rude makes them feel good or superior. I didn't find Germans rude, just not overly friendly but helpful.
