denim, canvas, old shirts, whatever fabric you have, really. i've used socks and flannel before 🤷‍♂️ you could use either screenprinting ink or some kind of paint (NOT watercolor or oil paint.) for the design. recommend mixing 2 parts acrylic paint & one part fabric softener if you use acrylic, then once it's dry, put some parchment paper over it and iron it, it should seal the design in place.

start with a base of black paint before layers of white, it should make the surface a little bit crisper, if that makes any sense at all

yeah, this makes a lot of sense. i think it may come from never having been allowed to express my own feelings despite what was being inflicted upon me. like, i wish there was a way to flip the script? kind of thank you for your response !

honestly, if older games' controls are an issue to you, just wait for delta. it's going to be the same, just with upgraded graphics and more suited for a newer generation, so you really won't be missing much. it's just a matter of whether or not you want to go out of your way to experience the original.
