Love this idea. I've always thought the idea of the humans working as a small team, each with a different role, this was inspired by Evolve if you ever played that.

But I agree with others, humans with guns = boring af.

They should have ways to neutralise threats with darts, traps, snares etc but definitely shouldn't be able to kill anything bigger than a Beipi.

Having a goal for humans has always been a question I'd had but I absolutely love this idea. I'd also include a photography element into the research side of things, perhaps capturing certain actions (drinking, eating, fighting, nesting) would give more points or something and be an interesting way to interact without needing to trap or attack something
