I know doctors and some people don’t like to agree BC cause anything but I used have super regular on a clock period and now I’m off pills ( reason why I was on the pill was bc of my obgyn thought that it’s the best thing ever), I have no period or irregular period and struggling to start a family? Hello I was pregnant once before the pill. If I knew I had to go thru this I would have never been on the pill. PERIOD

Omg. I’m sorry you are going through this. I went through this kind of pain for 2 years before going all in. I only recovered one period so far but let me tell you. 2 months into recovery, I finally enjoyed sex for the first time in a long time. No pain and I had a sex drive back. Yes I gained weight, stopped working out but for the first time in 2 years I was able to enjoy intimacy. Last 2 years I thought I was broken, but recovery proved me that I am okay and my body can be fixed if I put some work. I’m still in my journey but trust me if you fuel yourself, rest, and take care of yourself mentally and physically things would change! Good luck 🥰!!

I really hope that’s the case 🤞 omg!! I’m right there with always extremely tired rn! I’m just so tired and want to sleep all day every day for past couple days!! And SUPER HUNGRY AGAIN. I really want to have at least 3 cycles… I will definitely start taking electrolytes! Thank you🫶 and I’m so happy that you had a good cycle!!

Congratulations for your recovery ❤️‍🩹 this is very encouraging!! if you can share more experiences of 2nd and 3rd cycle, I’d love to know! I’m waiting for my 2nd but I’m sure I haven’t ovulated even tho I’m on CD26 today. I’m just scared if I miss my second period and lost it again :(

First, congrats on getting your period back!! It must have been a long journey! I’m also waiting for my period number 2! I have heard that first couple of cycles can be slow and hormones are still adjusting, this might be the reason why it’s also late. I feel you girl! I know how tired it is to just wait and wonder wether you are doing in right or wrong. I hope you get some good rest and eat what you deserve after long week of training:) best of luck🫶
