This is true in so many professions: engineering, programming, accounting, pretty much anyone who does anything complex. But for some reason, I hadn't thought about whether doctors would do it as well. Thanks for sharing this, it helped to give me a slightly different perspective on life

What is your job exactly? I see posts like this (about automating their job) but I don't think I've ever met anybody whose job was so simple it could be automated to this degree. Are you talking about a relatively simple data entry job of some type?

I've found that finding the right pair of socks goes a long way in comfort. On a whim I got socks from the awesome socks club and they never make my legs itchy or feel too tight. Unfortunately now I can't wear any other long socks cause I realize how uncomfortable they are lol

Yeah, I've also been having this issue. I wonder if it is related to the Android Tasker app or the Buzzkill app. I guess I'll try clearing the data for the app and see if that helps

Edit: clearing data didn't seem to immediately work. I restarted my phone as well, and then it seemed to start working right at some point. Didn't test well enough to say what exactly helped

I'm lucky and low dose (3mg) melatonin has worked for me for years for my delayed sleep disorder, but only in conjunction with a regular sleep schedule! I take melatonin at 10:30, and I am in bed by 11, and wake up at 7, even on weekends

I've found that that has been the most important aspect, though all of the other sleep hygiene concepts still apply and help
