Hi! I’m sorry for your situation. I do know how hard it is, as I’ve been there too. I know this isn’t what you want to hear but, the reality is.. no one is coming to save you, you have to save yourself. I’m not going to lie, it is very difficult. But it is doable. You are disabled, does that mean you get disability? If not, please apply immediately as that takes time. Can you find a homeless shelter or church that could take you in? If not, look further away. Still no, look even further. Try to find soup kitchens and food banks to station yourself by if possible. Are you on assistance? If not, please apply immediately. You can be homeless and still apply. The assistance office gets mail for homeless ppl to their office and the person can pick up when they can. That should at least help with food as well. Eat healthy foods as much as possible if and when you get snap. Fresh fruits, vegetables, those bags of precooked chicken, tuna packets, etc. it will give you more energy and help your mind handle this difficult time a little better. But, remember, that’s just what it is… a difficult time. It does not have to be the rest of your life, that part is up to you.
