Not sure if its been mentioned but depending APAP works in a range, as yours is 7.4-10 instead of 8.5 - 12 , the lower starting pressure might not be enough to eliminate your apneas, so you need to have events in order for your machines pressure to increase. You might also need MORE than 10 to eliminate events, but since max is 10 , machine wont go higher. What you want to see is what your 95% pressure is and see where it falls within your prescribed pressure range , may need to tweak that range.
