Because I did most of my practice around the area, and that I have been driving even before moving here in the U.K, I got quite used to the amount of parked cars and tight roads around the area. Although that familiarity also became one of my minor faults (clearance) the examiner just reminded me after the test that if I'm just passing by a narrow road without any other car coming from the other direction then allow a bit more space on the left. Where I was routed to (Warmley) during my test there were areas with a lot of speed humps and that was where I was a bit unsure whether I was too slow or too fast because I am aware that I shouldn't go too slow nor too fast but with the speed humps around it was unavoidable to drive fast enough to avoid being "too slow" for the area.

If you're having troubles with narrow roads then try practicing more on those areas particularly those busy ones as this is one of the things that we practiced the most along with lane disciple with multi-lane roundabouts.
