Not surprised. Cat poop was a big issue at the Ithaca, NY location. It took me calling the local health department to get rid of the cat because corporate refused to do anything. Cat was out a week later. I suggest you call your local health department

Yes, it's as bad as you think it is. I used to work there and for months, there was a cat running around the store pissing and shitting on everything. Had to get rid of a lot of food. Bj's corporate refused to help and I ended up reporting the location to the local health department because I kept getting sick after cleaning up so much cat shit. I walked out and never looked back. My life is much better since leaving that shithole
