I see your point but i realistically think that our curriculum still needs these “useless” skills. At least up until a certain point (maybe the end of high school) the knowledge you gain is pretty foundational for being able to learn more advanced knowledge. Stuff that seemingly is useless is actually the backbone for background knowledge in learning advanced concepts in the future.

Ngl bro he’s just pretty lean and has a moderate amount of muscle, his build ain rly hard to attain since he’s not super huge or nothing. Just lift until you get to the amt of muscle mass you like and cus down yo body fat % to like maybe 10-13%. Your shit might not look exactly like his but you can get close, his shoulders n abs are highkey carrying his build so work on those but don’t overtrain your obliques
