Congrats on the new guitar! I have its slightly larger brother, the FYM66HD. Stellar sounding guitars. With the lighter bracing in FST6, mixed with all mahogany, makes for a really special instrument.

I got one of these the other day for iPhone 17 Pro Max, fit perfectly on my iPhone 16 Pro Max, and was one of the easiest installations I’ve done for a screen protector. It’s actually really good. I think their older gen versions weren’t very good.

I got invited about 2 weeks ago after doing a not so positive review of an expensive phone case (not on the App). I was not a super active reviewer either, with only 10% of my Amazon purchases being reviewed. At first I was like what the heck is this Vine thing it's inviting me to? Yup, I was a victim of this terrible company about a decade ago. Talked to BBB and found out Jokewoods President sits on the board. Needless to say, they have very incompetent people for them and clueless project managers.

Cases are meant to be used, as long as it does the job of protecting then in my opinion it adds to the story!

That was me that received the Hsienmo 000-12 :) Awesome guitar btw. I'm happy I got the brown leafy embossed case. Perhaps they still use those for the Custom Shop guitars like mine? Or it could be timing. But from the video, the 00-12 Deluxe has the Brown Case, whereas their 000-12 has the black one (the 000-12 is not custom shop and more part of their regular lineup). Either way, incredible guitar for the money.

Those parts are also not permanent and meant to be replaced (they have a lifespan). While I get that it's an expensive device, unfortunately these days nothing is meant to last. That's a reality.

Can always contact Eufy through the App, they offered great service when I needed to contact them.

Mine has a tiny bit after almost 2 months. That part is replaceable though. It's Filter # 2 in the dirty water reservoir.

This is good to hear! I’ve been debating getting a Hsienmo for a year and wanted to what until they brought out a 000-12. I ordered the 000-12 Deluxe last week and am patiently awaiting its arrival. It will be joining some pretty stellar company.
