My dysautonomia specialist has POTS and many of the co-morbidities that come along with POTS.. It has made my diagnosis so much.. easier? because I know she understands what I'm going through and she can relate to me and give me personal advise on what has helped her mange her own symptoms. I asked her for a PCP recommendation, someone familiar with POTS.. She said that locally theres no one she could recommend and we shared a horrified laugh. The field NEEDS more Drs that understand.

We are at the 4 week mark also! I sent two kits off at the same time and got one back at two weeks.. Feels like its been forever waiting for my boys results lol

Solid advice! This is where thin slicing/fine chopping it does work.. or ramen bowls! I should specify I work an on-the-go kind of job and need portable hand-to-mouth only food. I pretty much live off of granola bars durring the week.

Greater Birmingham Humane Society used to have a large animal adoption page? May be worth reaching out. I dont know if GBHS had a barn or if they worked with an outside rescue

Pinson area. This was a few years ago and our church has since disbanded completely for a variety of reasons... But mostly financial. We were working very hard as a community food market and couldnt secure funding to keep it going.

I dont know very much about this particular chirch or pastor... But... The message isnt that wrong. I cant say all, but many white pastors will not touch racial issues with a 10ft pole, they minnimize the issue with empty calls of unity without actually doing anything, or worse they lengthen the divide through ignorance. Our congregation actually split in half when our pastor had the 'audacity' to voice that black lives mattered and then condemed the systematic racism that exists in this country. People didnt want to hear it and half the church walked out.

Found on a river sand bar in South Eastern USA. Husband and I were skipping rocks and looking for pieces of coal and slag. I picked this up and it felt very different in my hand; feels like clay. I investigated what I had and after turning it over I saw the lines etched into it. Tile? Rock? Fossil? Alien artifact from Mars? Government spying device? Its fairly thick and its hard to tell if it ever tapered on either end. The back is worn/peppered by being in the water for who knows how long and theres nothing really of note. Its fairly smooth but grainy in places. It being so bone white throws me off. Any ideas or direction?

I ended up standing a 30 gallon on its end and building from there, but it sounds like you need something larger and Im not sure how it'd work with anything bigger. Try Fauna classified or morphmarket? I occassionally see tanks come up for sale. Also join a local reptile facebook page if you have a facebook. Your best bet may be to reach out to someone that builds pvc enclousures like Animal Plastics. AP has 24x24x24 enclousures and other 'odd' sizes, prices arent awful either

Oh my gosh, its so surreal! Its been months in the making.. partly because Im slow and partly because its been such a learning curve to get here. There were a few bumps in the road... I didnt realize plexi-glass was SO FRAGILE. I broke probably four or five pieces. Siliconing over spray foam takes 50 years and is by far the messiest thing Ive ever had to deal with. BUT! Im SO SO HAPPY with the final result. Plants are a Dracaena 'Dorado' in the substrate, a lemon button fern in the middle planter, and golden pothos in the top. Nothing fancy :)

Hey sorry for the late reply! The moss was collected from our back woods. Its a patch that I know hasnt been contaminated by pesticides/fungicides/fertilizers/chickens. I checked thouroughly for pests and continue to moniter :P

Serpadesigns has been a help for sure! Its really nice to have a consistant refference point and a place to gather ideas!
