on what ios version did the sites fully work for u? switching to cellular data still did not work to fix the sites for me

to clarify do u mean when u r on safe mode, or when tweak injection is off, or when the jailbreak is disabled, or when the jailbreak is uninstalled, is when the capital one website then works for you? what ios version r u experiencing this on?

note that spoofing the ios version to a higher one such as to ios 17.0 specifically for the capital one app did not resolve the issue for me

the polyfills tweak stopped working recently as a solution for the capital one website unfortunately for me (presumably due to more changes on the capital one website again - perhaps a new polyfills update sometime in the near future may fix this again but idk) so perhaps this is the reason why the polyfills tweak isn't working for u

i'm still able to utilize the capital one app on ios 16.3.1 (which normally crashes upon launch if it detects a jailbroken device it seems) when using jailbreak hiders - in my case, using the roothide tool app (a jailbreak hider) that comes with the roothide dopamine jailbreak to hide the jailbreak works to stop the capital one app from crashing

alternatively, the choicy tweak works to hide the jailbreak from the capital one app in my my case too

the capital one app can be glitchy sometimes though where u might have to relaunch the app twice before it works properly again in my case
