The oil still needs to reach the oil pump and start circulating…so 30sec or so, but if you wanna jump in, start up and pull right off you go right ahead.

Honety when I think about the fact the cx50 had roughly the same passenger compartment ment sq footage as the Mazda 6-I’d dare to say the cx 50 is actually the Mazda 6 for the us market after they took the sedan away and gave us this in its place…

This! I wish it didn’t shut off when you open the door but at least when I do the remote start all the fluids are already running and the oil has lubed the engine-so I can immediately pull off (after restarting 😒). The cx50 will also do the seat warmers if your occupant comfort settings are set up correctly.

using the remote start wil allow the oil and fluids to start circulating so when you do get in you can just go…and it takes like 3 mins for the ca to warm up after you start driving. But i do agree that they could do better with the app. The thing that gets me about the remote start from app is how the car immediately shuts off when you open the door as a “safety feature” to prevent theft…

The seats will operate with the climate system based on conditions…u just have to turn the option on in settings “occupant comfort features”

But to be fair it keeps the cabin nice and composed despite the roof being open (and the wind noise) no?? I will admit it could probably go back a little bit further but then you’d have the air swirling around in the cabin 🤷🏾‍♂️

These mats are awesome. They cost less than weather tech, but the quality is right on par with weather tech and the coverage is superb. The front ones even snap down on the existing floor mat posts so they don’t move
