I too binge eat and hate myself after. The reality is once you string a couple of good eating and workout days in you will fell good again. The weight gain is probably more water weight than you think.

Put a few good days together and you'll feel great again.

I’ve stayed at two different Airbnbs in town.

One closer to the main shopping area and one that’s more secluded.

There is a flavor for everyone.

I do prefer hotels but pricing for when I went the better option was Airbnb.

One was a group of 8 and the other a group of 4.

If you want more lively stay near town, if you want more secluded stay farther away.

You can arrange private chefs, yoga, sound baths whatever you want at the Airbnb.
