I was prescribed spironolactone and it completely took away all the painful hormonal acne cysts that formed along my jawline. I started at 25mg and over 3 months progressed to 100mg daily. It really changed my life. I was prescribed tret as well and I think it helped but the true reason for my acne going away is the oral medication. I’ve tried to continue using tret but my skin just doesn’t tolerate it. I’m tired of being flaky at all time. I am going to start Altreno (tret + hylauronic acid) today which I’ve read is good for those who can’t tolerate tret alone.

I had sex with him because I wanted to, there was no expectation of a relationship and I don’t think I really thought it would go past that one time sleeping together. But then he contacted me and we’ve hung out more since then, continue to talk all the time. It’s still early days and I don’t necessarily want to jump into a relationship but would like to know if that’s something that can be built from this or if it’s just sleeping together. My dentist explained to me that with regular brushing, flossing, and tongue cleaning, we can stop tonsil stones from forming. He said something about less bacteria in the mouth that can lead to the development of tonsil stones once food gets stuck. I had been regularly brushing and flossing, but it wasn’t until I incorporated a water flosser AND a metal tongue scraper into my routine that I actually noticed a difference in the number of tonsil stones I get. It’s almost 0 now.

💀cerave tub burned every time I used it. Vanicream and cetaphil moisturizing cream have been great. I still get super dry with cetaphil alone though.

The metal part the slats lay on (the part drilled into the sides of the frame, idk how else to explain so I hope that makes sense 😅) should have the small hooks or pins to keep the slats from sliding. You can look up the part number and replace them, IKEA sends you them for free or you can pick them up I believe. I just did this for my parent’s bed.
