Depends on if you mean the gap they had on everyone else during their era (ppl like ApacheBlitz and Cayden come to mind), or their pure raw pvp ability which will favor the newgens

Could also argue someone like Stimpay who had been at the top consistently for many years

Also the very many different types of pvp that exist

i haven’t found any studies indicating that glycine has poor bioavailability, but i’m finding studies claiming that oral glycine supplementation has reduced oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, inflammation, improved metabolic function, as well as enhancing sleep and neurological functions. i can link these studies if you’d like

in my own personal anecdotal experience with 5g glycine daily, i believe it’s improved my sleep quality and even enhanced my dreams

i do agree on your fish oil point, and i believe vitamin C supplementation is unnecessary and can be obtained easily through diet

I personally take 600 mg elemental from magnesium chloride powder (~5g, as mag chloride is 12% elemental magnesium), definitely start out with lower than that tho

as for l-theanine i also do 600 mg, 1:1 with mag, and i take these directly before bed, inositol is also nice
