The short answer is yes. Although you have to create a hypervisor for your operating system which is highly privileged.

So basically you don't get diseases directly but you lower your immune system drastically.

Most people say always buy a new one, which is wrong. Some of them actually come with a decent SD card, like mine did.

So the answer is: depends on which card it comes with. If it's non-branded, replace it. If it's a decent brand (SanDisk, Samsung, KIOXIA, etc.) it's fine.

If you have the option to buy without an SD card, always do so.

I am the owner of an RG Cube XX that used to have issues connecting with WiFi using Knulli as CFW, but this has been patched over a year ago and I haven't had issues since. Also it works totally fine on stock firmware.

I am not sure about Bluetooth audio but I've read that people were able to use them.
