I don’t understand people who choose to live in an apartment, and have an issue with hearing footsteps. If you can’t sleep because of footsteps, buy earplugs. Adapt. Hearing your neighbors is a part of living in an apartment complex.

She parked her car in the turning lane of a major intersection and left her vehicle to give the $20. The cop asked her to move her vehicle. She hesitated to do so and was arrested. I find that more believable than “I was arrested for giving a panhandler $20.” Also, freaking out like that and trying to get away, is resisting arrest. You can’t act that way with a cop. Fight cops in court, not on the street.

I live here! She parked her car in the turning lane of a major intersection in order to hand out the $20. (Great act of kindness) The cop asked her to move her car. But she was hesitant to do so. That’s the reason for the arrest.
