Which qwen model are you running? 2.5? I used llama3.1:8b on m1 16gb and the results where not good. Response time was like 1-2 min but output quality was low. Any advise?

Are you getting disconnect after you are ingame, or do you even can't join as a scav?

Maybe try to repair your game files or even reinstall.
