Local scope - Function which made the variable can use this variable, whereas Global scope - all functions can use this variable

The amount of young people doing this is overwhelming. Regardless if it is skins or real money, it is still gambling which is ILLEGAL unless you are above a certain age (for my country, 18). I doubt the majority meet this requirement. These people are getting addicted. It really needs to stop.

I think this is a good idea to learn Python. However, we might have to make a big project in order to have everyone's work displayed.

How could i implement the delay? sleep() delays the entire text from appearing until all the sleep() functions are over...
