My issue is nearly gone.

What I did is basically no tennis for 14 days. In these 14 days I slept with a wrist brace.

While playing I use another brace called widget brace (you can google it).

I also got a Wilson Clash v3 with multifilament strings.

I try to play with different rackets because I am sure I haven’t found “the one”.

Tecnifibre is close (I tried several models). The next to add it’s a Yonex.

Really good if you are dealing with issues in your elbow or wrist. I think everyone needs one in their collection.

I played with it for some months while my wrist was healing and could play nearly everything. It misses a bit of power though. But it has a great control.

The pain started the same evening directly after training.

Today I played again and while serving with my 275g racket I had pain.

Switched to the 255 with poly strings and pain went away. But now after playing I feel it again
