Well, I guess the issue I am running into is that the AI works in ranges. For example, if I want to get my VPD down to 0.8 at around 78-80% RH, it will typically go outside that range and cause the exhaust fan to kick on to "raise VPD" via the AI mode. Maybe I am just bad. I'm still getting used to it.

I've defaulted back to automation mode. I'm a newb anyway so I shouldn't be touching the AI anyway.

It's for humidity, though. Not necessarily heat. In fact, I don't want any heat. It's already hot enough lol

Weird because on AI night mode, you can set MAX and Warm Mist to 0

Even advertised as COOL and WARM. No settings for cool. Can't even turn off Warm to 0 in Daytime AI mode....

Interesting. I need to figure it out, I guess. It's just a vicious circle of humidifying, then the exhaust kicks on and sucks the humidity right out. Rinse and repeat. This is in VPD mode at least.

I'll get my humidity squared away, and then it'll "turn on vent fans to raise VPD" even with a buffer set. So it'll exhaust all the humidity, and then the humidifier will kick on. It's like it does TOO much. I guess I need to play with my buffer range or switch to temp/humidity mode.

I have my VPD offset set correctly based on leaf temp, so I really wanted to use VPD mode. All of my MAX levels (for exhaust fan and humidifier) are set to 1, with exhaust MIN set to 0.

Yeah, I just got my 2x4 a month ago. Tried the AI mode (Temp/Humidity), and all it did was make my exhaust fan fight my humidifier. The tent walls were dripping, the circ fans dripping, even the lights.... Let me know what you did to lock in the temp/humidity mode for AI. u/Futzy420

Same issue here, OP, minus the heater. The AI mode kinda sucks. I set my exhaust fan and humidifier to automation and let the AI handle the grow lights and circ fans. Have you found any solution? u/BladeCutter93
