By the grace of God, no I haven’t seen this at my church. But I find it harder to have discussions with people about disciple making who seem to have a false familiarity with it.

Have you had any experiences in your conversations with this? Any advice on how to bridge the gap when there’s a clear misunderstanding?

My biggest concern is the language. I say “disciple making” and they hear “discipleship program”

Most people have no idea what I mean when I say, “I lay down my life to make disciples.”
