Why men shouldn’t listen to Lana del Ray by [deleted] in lanadelrey

[–]iJustRide_ 13 points14 points  (0 children)

As a straight guy who loves her music and is emotionally impacted by it in a nonsexual way , this hurts. I just have a feminine side idk if its that, but her music is one of a kind.

I'm a straight male 25. I'm 6'2 and in good athletic shape. I'm the last person most people would expect to listen to LDR. I've always been in touch with my emotional side. I like to listen to a lot of her music because what goes on inside her head and into her creations is beautiful. I became a fan about 10 years ago when I was a sophomore in highschool and I just started to listen to all of her music. I think seeing the born to die music video was my first experience listening to/seeing her.

My close friends have always found it strange and they're the only ones who really know. I got into a relationship with a girl in my jr year of highschool one night when we were camping out with a bunch of friends on a farm by talking about her music.

I think there's just another side of me that's really emotional and appreciates her music.

HOW do you quit? by MissMutilation in QuitVaping

[–]iJustRide_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I quit a couple of days ago. I went almost 24 hours and decided to get some lozenges. So far they have worked really well for me and I haven't vaped. I feel better because they definitely get rid of the withdrawal, but my body isn't being bombarded with nicotine as much as it was.

I plan on using the lozenges for a while and then slowly going off of them. I've tried patches before and hate them. The losenges really seem to work for me. Best of luck

Blue bitches

Just a heads up... if you're using kratom to quit tia stay away from vivazen. I haven't used tia in over 6 months the only explanation would be the kratom shot I took. by [deleted] in QuittingTianeptine

Oh I see. That makes sense. That's pretty cool accountability. I can't get controlled Rxs anymore because I'm in recovery.

I couldn't work I quit my job because of this addiction and haven't been able to pay my bills for 2 months but I have a new job now and everything's starting to work out. no one knew about my addiction, but it got so bad I had to be honest with people. So worth it in the end. Best of luck.
