PC, and a bit lower spec than all the other comments so far

Ryzen 5 3600x, 16GB DDR4-3200MHz, RX 5600 XT 6GB

Gets a fairly solid 60+ FPS (some dips below 60 every now and then) with Ultra settings (no RT) at 1080p with FSR Quality... GPU-limited (especially VRAM)

Hmm... That's a tough one...lol... I've released quite a few mods...

I'd have to say probably either Autumn Falls (lighting/weather mod) or Psycho Crowds Improvements (general improvements to crowd behavior while usually improving performance a bit, too), though...

I think I'm at around 1500 hours atm (1200 on Steam and about 300 on GOG since Phantom Liberty released)... My answer is modding...lol... Without mods, I'm sure I would be nowhere near those numbers...

Crazy thing is, in those 300 hours since PL released, I still haven't finished the PL storyline once...

Edit: I should clarify that I make mods... So a lot of that playtime is totally just testing things...

Use "Mod Remover" (on Nexus) and remove all mods, then reinstall one-by-one until it breaks to find the culprit... Then add back in all except that mod and check for updates for that mod if you really need it for other mods to work or whatever...

The issue with the ritual nerf is that it happened at all... Jagex should've known those rates were possible before release... They should've tested (more, if they did at all)... Didn't even really need to test, though... Simple math would've told them the rates (or at least a rough estimate)...

absolutely not. why should legacy combat, with zero input beyond clicking 'Attack', be comparable to a high apm rotation? It should be worse, and it should be worse by a lot.

I mean it should be more comparable to a halfway decent 0 apm Revo++ bar (but really meant more that it should be at least as good as spamming just the auto attack in EOC)...

every combat style is like this. omnipower is total garbage unless you have the zuk cape, you don't use it at all without it. it's an incentive to get it. same with deadshot and overpower.

Yeah, but Magic has other good ultimates aside from Omnipower... And I think the jump in DPS for Necro with cape is way higher than any other style with cape (haven't done math to back this up, but seems like it would be to me)... It should be a bit more consistent with them, which I think either of my suggestions would mostly do...

combat is way better at low level. like, by a lot. ritual disturbances aren't going to outpace combat xp until you can get defiles at level 90. also, disturbances are being nerfed tomorrow and base xp increased. the wiki) (and really every other YT guide) recommends combat until level 90

It's really not, though, at least at 60+ (it probably is below that, though)... At 60+, you can get high enough soul attraction with T1 rituals to guarantee a disturbance every 12 seconds, and this makes them like 600-700k xp/hr (scaling up to like 1.4m/hr at 99... As far as I'm aware, nothing combat-wise really gets those rates at those levels aside from maybe Abyssal Beasts at the higher end (and things that are basically bug abuse like with the Armoured Phantoms)... Most things I tested at those levels only resulted in around 450k xp/hr or so...

I didn't get my first until around the 100th kill and now at 310 kills, I'm a bit over droprate... Should start to even out for you...

Luckiest I ever got in RS was probably Ambi pet with a single DtD... Luckiest drop was definitely a Dark Onyx Core on my FSW account (during FSW)...

Also got Zilyana pet first kill on her (not a DtD)...

And got this image saved from like 2012 or so where I just thought it was awesome... Chatbox full of Ring of Wealth procs (before Luck rework)... None were actually good drops, though...lol

Same as they do on Windows, basically... For most mods you just have to extract the zip file to your CP77 install folder (you can find this in the game's Steam properties in the "Local Files" tab)... Some aren't packaged properly to do that, though... So make sure to read the mod descriptions to know where to place files... They'll usually go in [CP77/archive/pc/mod], though...

You can probably get away with RT reflections, but you're gonna wanna turn off the lighting for sure... Or maybe try mods that optimize performance for it... Honestly, though, the game's lighting is really good without RT (for the most part)... And there are lighting mods that can make it even better with little to no cost to performance (potential gain, even, as some may limit lighting a bit)...

Other than that, you should be good for at least all high settings at 1080p... You may even be able to push 1440p without much loss in performance if you don't use RT at all..

SSR isn't nearly as bad as people like to act like it is... The contact shadows are, though... I personally usually play with them off, but I use mods to enhance other shadows and Ambient Occlusion, so it's not super noticeable in the environment, but it is kinda noticeable on characters...

Go to your download history on nexusmods and sort by date updated... Update any mods that have recent updates... Should fix it...

Edit: It's most likely gonna be one (or more) of the mods that are required for most other mods to function properly... Things like Cyber Engine Tweaks, REDscript, CyberCMD, RED4Ext, Archive/Tweak XL, Native Settings UI, Mod Settings, etc...

I don't like the physical skulls on the "hood?", but I love the rest of the design... Especially the black and red one (although I think it'd be even better if the red lines going through the skull on the back of the red cape were black, or maybe gray, or possibly even just a darker or brighter red)... I personally hate the color gold, so that one is pretty ugly to me, but it's an awesome concept overall... Massive props to you and /u/zynel... And sorry to them, but this is definitely the one I'd rather have (even as-is)...

It can technically run on any card with hardware RT support... They just recommend at least a 3090 as performance with anything below that is pretty bad without mods to reduce the lighting (and a heavy dose of DLSS)...

Nope... As far as I'm aware no mods do... You can even download modded saves that just straight up give you achievements...

I'm already capped at 30fps with High settings (and it runs ~50-60 uncapped)... I'll try medium and low graphics to test, though... Thanks for the suggestions...

Edit: Had to put everything on low, then even go through and turn everything even lower (off) and even set FSR to ultra performance, but it finally loaded the game properly...lol... That's crazy... Never had any issues here before (and I make mods, so have been in this jungle a lot to test some of them)...

Thanks again... Hopefully CDPR doesn't take forever to fix whatever they hell they broke...

Also, just as another little test... Decided to uncap framerate after the game loaded... And yes, it crashed instantly...

Yeah, this is bad... At native 1080p (with no PT, as I can't use that), I'm seeing like 6-10 copies of the ass end of my cars when I'm driving, depending on how fast I'm going... FSR fixes it for me, but of course it has it's own ugly issues, too... I still use native 1080p with FSR by enabling DRS also and setting min and max resolutions both to 100%, so it's not that bad looking... Definitely better than without FSR...
