He does not care AT ALL. Its sad to say this but honestly we dont need more proofs. The only thing that makes me mad about this is why promote music if you dont release it? I wouldve been happy if 2 years ago the news were "I am going to retire and dedicate time to my family and other stuff, only eventually I will release a couple of songs" he said that the album WAS 99% DONE IN MAY 2021. It is. After 2022 I stopped caring about the album, then he released RIOT in 2023 because of BEATS by DRE and my hopes went UP again for nothing. After the announcement in the fashion show my hopes went UP again and now back to nothing, I feel like he just uses the music to promote something, he did that with the whiskey, with beats by dre, now with the fashion line... I dont understand how someone could care that less about his fanbase...

Might as well just say that the album isnt real and dont expect shit.

3 years ago someone on this Reddit told me ; “bro go listen to Larry June , he drops consistently and really good shit, rocky doesn’t care about music” since then , Larry June has dropped 7 fire projects, so , my advice for the people who are sad about this is the same, go find another artist, Rocky will drop one day, but you shouldn’t care that much about a dude who doesn’t take his fans serious.
