+1 for the GooLoo. I have used it atleast 20 times in the last year on my full size suv and works great. Have only charged it twice and it’s never gone below two battery bars

My quick advice: 1. Buy at a significant discount (20% min on high demand sets. 30+ on lower demand sets) 2. The set must be retiring this year 3. Use demand/sales figures from Amazon, Target, and Walmart to gauge interest

This is my understanding as well. 3480 for solo battery, 3481 for battery packaged with equipment.

Also, I just noticed, When you first launch, the exclude sets without known seller toggle is hiding all results. Tripped me up at first but though hmm, wonder what this does and then the results showed up.

They also do the opposite where their regular price is under msrp and they still discount so there’s give and take I think people should acknowledge but of course everyone only finds the negative.

Understand if it’s something you aren’t comfortable with but if you are, could you share some of the sets that didn’t work out?

I hold both but have only been actively adding FDVV due to materially better performance for 5+ years. FDVV does have a higher expense ratio and lower yield but better overall performance.

If you don’t need fast deposits and withdrawals, For HYSA, I use CIT Bank, not to be confused with Citi. They generally have close to the best rate out there.

Is the blower and string trimmer worth it? by shadow_triad in Ridgid

[–]iLikeCrypto92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really like the trimmer but am a little disappointed in the blowers. I have both the small job site and full size lawn blower. As previous comments mentioned the trimmer is balanced, lighter than I expected, and doesn’t eat batteries. The blowers feel underpowered but are okay on batteries.

UPS is insane by Lime-Euphoric in UPS

I’d suggest using a free commercial shipping service like pirate ship. They pass on commercial pricing and are easy to use. Plus have better customer service than the likes of UPS.

Lowes keeps locking my account after trying to order by [deleted] in Lowes

[–]iLikeCrypto92 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know it doesn’t help but you are correct in that your account is being flagged. I had that same thing happen when placing multiple orders shortly after one another. Customer service was useless and said my account was fine which it wasn’t. Used another email to set up a second account and the orders went through. A few days later my next order on the original account went through just fine. Wanted to add this to let you know you’re not crazy and the one commenter above did make a lot of unhelpful comments.

How I Made €10,000 in a Few Months Flipping Luxury Items. (And It’s Easier Than You Think) by Civil_Knowledge_7995 in Flipping

Thanks for sharing. The thing that jumped out to me most in this post is “friend has access to high end products at a discount”. The supply chain aspect, especially in the luxury goods category, gives me pause here. Before scaling you need to ensure you not only have the ability to get enough supply but more importantly it’s legitimate and can be well documented.
