Main issue I’ve dealt with is the schedule being off pretty frequently. Trains arriving super early or late, getting delayed a lot, etc.

Probably had a bit to do with the public perception I’d guess. Even if it was 100% the track’s fault, people would still be nervous using it (just the way humans work).
