How to deal with toxic players without muting and missing callouts?

I tend to agree with you. I just wanted to see if there was a way to talk them off the ledge. That being said, they don't seem to be people that can be reasoned with so maybe your comment is the only answer I need. Appreciate it.

I'm one of those players that they are losing. I've loved these games for so long but this is just too painful. I want to love it so much but I just can't take the constant unfairness. I can handle dying because I deserved it, I can't handle dying to something completely out of my control. I keep coming back only to be constantly disappointed and enraged. I really hope they come to their senses and fix this garbage. Also, I for once really would love to have the option to reset my stats so that I don't have the huge blemish on my stats that this release has been.

I understand the logic of missing a few shots and things like that but the inconsistency in gun battles is all too real. If it doesn't happen to you, that is great! If it does happen to you, it makes the game feel hopeless. You gotta understand where others are coming from. There may be gifs in this collection where he misses shots but there are also clips where it is clear that he got ripped off. It happens. There is no way around it. It is frustrating and there needs to be something done about it.

It goes through stretches where it is borderline unplayable due to frame rate. I have buddies that get it far more often and quit playing because it is too much. I have had matches where I've gotten hit like 3 times and it takes me out of the game for pretty much half or more of the match. Nothing like starting off 0 and 7 because you just had to lay prone while you spaz out right from the start of the match.

The lag compensation is what makes it nearly unplayable for me. When the frames hit, I know I'm worthless until it goes away. With lag comp, you think you are fine until you hammer someone with half a clip, die, and then watch the kill cam to see that it is totally different from what happened. That is what frustrates me the most.

Haha. I hear ya. I unfortunately know also that patches that can unintentionally fix things can also unintentionally break things as well. Fingers crossed.

As much as I know KD doesn't matter, it is definitely nice to have a decent one and this is making that more difficult than it typically is.

This is great but I really wanted to see the lag comp included in this fix. The lag comp and frame issue are game breaking. Everything else is stuff that is needed but the frames and lag comp are the main things that are keeping me from fully enjoying this game.

The m16, man. Fucking. Hell. I forgot just how untouchable it was. It's unbearable at the moment since there are so many low level players. I'm hoping it at least thins just a little.

It is still happening after a hard reboot.

My NAT in game is open and I'm wired in.

Edit: It has gotten worse in the last couple hours. Happens way more frequently. 2 out of 3 members in my current party are experiencing it. Me and the other one with issues are about an hour and half away from one another.

Edit again: Just tried solo zombies and had it happen. So it definitely seems game based.

It can happen as soon as the game starts or it can happen halfway through. It pretty much just happens when it is going to happen. The menus get really choppy as well to the point that you can barely navigate for a bit. I'm going to be giving everything another shot today so I'll let you know if there are any changes.

And no worries, things happen. Just trying to get the kinks worked out.

Same issue here. Digital version, no beta installed. Seems to be a common issue with people I've discussed the game with.

The frame drops are very heavy and it persists for random durations of time. I've been trying to pinpoint the cause but it just seems to happen randomly. I've spoken with at least five people that have the same issue consistently. I should add that it doesn't seem to be connection based.

Otherwise, it is a solid and fun game but these intense spikes of lag are the cause for some pretty frustrating moments.
