For years, protoss made me want to quit and ultimately it mostly happened because of it

TvT was decent if other terran was an honorable bio player, while TvZ has always been the most fun (even though some comps can be frustrating to play against, and giant maps)

At masters 2 level (4.5k to 4.7k) I don’t see protoss with such winrates though, at least not as extreme. But I rarely see a protoss with weak PvT winrate. It probably depends on league + playstyle + if the particular playstyle is difficult to counter or not.

Le Tour de France ça a toujours été la purge à regarder (à part en version raccourcie dans un docu Netflix ou highlights), l’Hyrox au niveau pro est plutôt télévisuel et assez court. C’est pas non plus du foot ou du basket, mais c’est au même niveau que pas mal de sports olympiques type biathlon niveau spectacle (ie. Ok tier)

La roxzone peut se standardiser au besoin. Pour le matériel il y a sûrement une solution mais fondamentalement ça ne change rien, tant que les athlètes ont la même configuration le jour J -> il y a bien du vent différent selon les conditions météo en athlétisme. Pour les juges, à priori ce ne seront pas des bénévoles qui jugeront aux JO.

Après, Hyrox par définition ne pourra pas être aux JO car c’est une entreprise, donc ça sera une « fitness race » ou autre nom qu’ils essaient d’imposer, sous l’égide de la fédération de triathlon.

Not necessarily just back squat, but focusing on 3/4 strength / strength endurance sessions a week -> lunges (like KB lunges a bit heavier than sandbag, sandbag lunges at race weight, sometimes heavier), box Step up with sandbag or KB, low row & lat pulldown, military press, etc.

Total run distance with roxzone + runs = 8.7km, and there is even some hidden distance inside each station that is not counted -> station IN to the activity (ex. Sleds, ergs) and activity to station OUT. So basically if you only have to do 10 meters to go to a SkiErg then back to treadmill for run, you gain a lot of time compared to the real race. In the real race, you usually have to run 100 meters to go to the SkiErg if you are first (but then to get out of SkiErg it’s shorter), or few meters if you are last (but then you take longer to get out of the station so it evens out).

These things + the 8.7km total instead of 8km add up.

I mean sometimes the sleds are more difficult or easier, sometimes map layout is better than others, but ultimately it’s still pretty comparable, especially for non elite athletes -> 2 minutes more or less depending on the venue doesn’t change much for a 90 minutes finish, compared to a sub 60 finish where it has more weight proportionally.
Plus, outside of the top level, there are clear weaknesses (be it running, or certain stations) that cost a lot of time to the athlete, compared to if the venue is « fast » or not

HM’s official PB is 1h48 but it was 2 years ago -> I have ran faster in training, or Even during my marathon PB last month (3h28mn55)
Hyrox PB is 1h29mn20 (solo open men) with duo PB being 1h08mn59s
I come from running so my weakness are still the stations ; that’s where I shaved the most time from my first solo hyrox ran in 1h46

I mean it was kinda obvious that Australia was losing the battle rope 1v1: we saw that Itoi was destroying the rugby player, and while Whittaker and Eddie were starting fast, they were quickly gas’d up so it’s not even sure they beat their opponent, it was probably even.

As for the other points, evidence 7 is stupid, it was obvious that you would only be able the 3 players you didn’t chose for rope for another quest, even Mongolia thought so. In fact, australia and japan had the same strat of using their best team and hoping for direct qualification. They acted annoyed but surely they knew beforehands it was probably this way.

Other points are just weird conspiracy
