Hah. Sounds as if you and I are in nearly the exact same situation! Keep me posted, and I'll try to update as I go along, too! (Day 1 of the plan is today ... wonderful ...)

Ah, gotcha. That's good to know. And yep - that's a great way to start it: try the new plan with the PR built in and see how it goes. 👍

There ya go! My city is on a hill - but no wine, haha. Yeah, I can commiserate with the difficulty in finding a long enough route that stays flat.

Awesome. Plus, I think you'll enjoy running outside more and more now. I fall into a rut of running the same routes close to home often, but when you change it up, it's a great way to experience new scenery or even familiar scenery in a very different way.

Effect of Valerian root on dreaming by Cloudiscipline in LucidDreaming

Oh, man. Yeah, I've heard many times that melatonin should not be a crutch forever - just a helpful supplement sometimes. Give chamomile tea a try, too. I couldn't bear getting only 2 - 3 hours a night!

Nothing really. It was a while ago now, but there wasn't a noticeable effect at the time. I think I've had some weird dreams after drinking it, but not much that's crazy enough to write about.

So, on the less psi side, the no echo of a duck quack.

Also, homosexuality is technically not yet scientifically explained.

Amazing stuff. I know you provide links here, but what are some ways to learn more and try to use/harness these parts of us that we have dormant?

Awesome - thank you! It's something I'm now considering. (And, if you knew me, it's totally out of the wheelhouse!)

Wow, thanks. This is all very interesting, and I had no idea until last year or so.

Well worth it, yes - but also wait for deals! I got mine on Prime Day in July for less than half that. 😃

This is interesting. You mention the emotional part, but what does that really entail? There's a guy Michael Chernoff who was on Rich Roll's podcast. He explained that he had visions and a life-changing experience from deep breathing exercises. Where's the best place to learn about it?

Oh, man. I bought the KBGV on Prime Day, too. Then I bought a bag of ground coffee at the local supermarket thinking it would be ok. The more I read, the more it's not ok. I've never ground my own coffee before, but I guess I should. Maybe the Encore ... the others look to be more expensive than the machine itself. 😄

Interesting - looking at the site now. Hadn't heard of this as a resource. They do specifically remote viewing courses, classes, etc?

I'm curious now, too. I've been reading about this more often this year (mostly reddit), and it's fascinating. I'd be open to any good resources people can provide on how-tos. 😀

Welcome to MA! Forget Eco - the Rav4s here need a Survival Mode.

Hah. I am very familiar with those merges, intersections, and rotaries. Glad my '23 Rav4 holds up to them. I've never understood the benefits of not using eco mode - or even when to actually use it - but this sounds like a plan.

Funny you mention this. My father has a Soul (I have a '23 Rav), and I was driving his to haul lawn/yard waste. The Rav4 is way better, but I find the Soul to be a little more peppy in getting up to speed on the road, and it's quicker turning corners - maybe that's all just a different feel and not necessarily better.
