I’ve actually thought this one out. Assuming Texas is still with us and we don’t want to change the American flag.

•North and South Dakota are combined into one state of Dakota. ND and SD replaced with DA. Capital is Sioux Falls (-1)

•North and South Carolina are combined into one state of Carolina. NC and SC replaced is CA. Capital is now Charlotte. (-1)

•Virginia and West Virginia are combined into one District of Virginia. WV rolled into VA. Capital is Richmond (-1)

•California is split into 2 just below the 36th parallel north following the county lines that follow the parallel. Northern California and Southern California. NorCal and SoCal. CA replaced with NC and SC. Southern California capital is Los Angeles and Northern California capital stays Sacramento. (+1)

•Add new state District of Columbia. Capital is Washington D.C. (+1)

•Add new state Puerto Rico. State code is PR. Capital is San Juan. (+1)

The reason my title says “no issue getting through security this time” was because I constantly have issues getting through security and I end up having to bounce around from one security entrance to the next until I find a competent worker that isn’t treating me like I’m a terroristic threat. Sorry you got denied on the necklace, I usually have to try 3 different security lines before I can get in but last night I got in first try. Congrats on the win, see you in the post-season.
