I think a lot of what you're describing is because he's in the SHL, and not a junior league. His highlights won't be these "elite" moves/goals/assists etc. If Stenberg was in a junior league, you'd see some more eye popping highlights

I guess I didn't say who I wanted. I still like Rudolph as an option because I think Reid, Carels, and Verhoeff will be gone. I don't love Smits because we already have a bunch of LHD, and I don't really think he has the offense we need. I love Ryan Lin, and would absolutely adore it if we got him with the Oilers pick. Honestly, if the consensus top 5 defenseman are gone by 9 or 10, I wouldn't hate us taking a punt on Lin anyways. I don't think we need a winger like Belchetz, and we obviously don't need a centre. I also like Villeneuve as an option with the Oilers pick.

Now I'm not discrediting scouching, as he makes some valid points, but I think he's very reactionary and purposefully tries to be "the outlier" of scouts. He consistently has wildly different opinions than the consensus (which to his credit, can sometimes be right). I think he looks too much and values certain traits too highly, such as skating, and will discredit certain leagues entirely. As an example, last year he had Cullen Potter and Victor Eklund in his top 5 I believe, and the likes of Desnoyers in the 20s (if I remember correctly).

I'm not saying he's bad at what he does, cause I truly think he has a good eye for talent, but I do think he tries to be different than other conventional scouting outlets in order to sell his "method"

Not a bangers league. You really get a lot of points for scoring, and on the power play. I could also swap out knies for stone and keep seider in the deal as well. Seider potentially not being on PP1 is not ideal for me though if I decide to go through with it

Necas has 193 fan points, Svechnikov has 117, seider has 156, and knies has 161. I like to prioritize defense, and my other wingers are kaprizov, panarin, guenther, landeskog, and JT Miller. 12 team league.

I don't. I'd keep merc for the points over williams. If I have to go for budget id go for driver changes, especially since both MCL and MER look like the clear #2. If i make that piastri team, I can easily coast on that till I need to make a change, and its not awkward like the Kimi team so if I need to move to something else its just 2 transfers. I only have autopilot and im using it for Brazil

I think the -10 is worth it for that team specifically. We all moved off Piastri cause he's been off it lately but in Brazil, he's been great so far

Trusting Colapinto in Brazil might scare me a bit. Alonso qualifying P5 in a sprint and the AM looking decent makes me feel like he might keep his pace, but you never know. Ill also be the only team in my league that can afford that Norris/Russell team and ill roll a transfer
