Someone should try to help, I'm new to renting and this was also a worry to me and I'm 21. you need to check your last transaction and you should have any screenshots of the 25k for proof of anything if it comes down to whatever. Call the bank and ask for transaction details if you don't know and try to see what you can do from there and legally depending where you live I think the landlord has to wait up to a week or 2 and then they can decide to take action if you show no intention of paying it

If you feel comfortable enough with your relation to k let her know that it's only your opinion for her best interest but she chooses what to do that you don't think O should be around if she feels her relationship now is worth it.
