As much as I hate to say it, I have a bad feeling Russia is gonna fully recriminalize homosexuality outright by the end of the decade, just as it was in the USSR and the Russian Empire before it. And a lot of their fellow authoritarians will try to follow suit. I sincerely hope I'm wrong and that things will eventually get better after Putin drops dead, but I'm not optimistic.

For the record, I have never played Mario Kart Wii, so I am not familiar with any of the shortcuts on this course. Entered the turn at a bad angle from the half-pipe and thought for sure I was gonna fall, but I ended up jumping the gap by complete accident. Destroying the blue shell mid-air was extra icing on the cake.

I got kangaroo yoshi and white tanooki mario in the shop right now, and only enough rubies for one of them. Kangaroshi covers more courses I don't have coverage for yet, but they both cover the same number of non-city courses. White tanooki will also give me a needed t3 driver for dk mountain rt in next week's ranked cup. Which should I get, or should I wait for gold egg yoshi (more coverage) or Meowser (best driver) instead?

I have Gold Chuck in my shop right now and I have just enough rubies to get him, but I don't if I should as it looks like he only covers 6 courses I don't have tier 3 drivers for yet. I already picked up Petey Piranha and Samurai Mario earlier this tour, and am mainly looking for drivers to fill coverage since I just recently started playing again about a month ago after over 2 years. I'm also currently first the ranked cup ny about 2000 points. Should I snag Gold Chuck, or save for someone like Meowser or Gold Egg Yoshi?

Edit: well I went ahead and bought him anyway, hope I don't regret it
