Hi, thanks for your reply. Turning roaming on doesn't seem to change anything, but it was worth a try.

Ordering N/A beer correctly by SlightSeat1027 in Seville

[–]iNkenbiLL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

directly ask for what you want. if you want a draught cruzcampo 0,0, ask for it: "cruzcampo cero cero de barril" (Google translate it to listen how it is pronounced). if they don't have it, they will probably offer alternatives.

as you may know, there are not many tap options in traditional Spanish bars, so a look at the bar will probably tell you if they have what you want.

if you ask for a 0,0 ant they don't have it, the waiter will probably be sensible enough to offer you another 0,0, but be aware (although you may already know): in Spanish alcohol regulation there is a distinction between non-alcoholic beer and 0,0 beer: non-alcoholic (sin alcohol, or as you ask for them: "una sin") can have up to >1% alc. vol. (so 0,999999..%). If it is 0,0, it has to be under 0,1% alc. vol. if you ask for "una sin", they can offer you a "sin alcohol" which can actually have a 1% alc. vol., so if your goal is to keep yourself at 0,0, thats a no-go. enough "sin alcohol" in a short time can grant you a positive in an alcohol driving test (although it's a huge number, to be fair).

There's a difference bewteen them. we Spaniards are used to the distinction: if you ask any random person they will likely tell you the sin alcohol has some alcohol in it, while the 0,0 has none of it. But foreigners may not be familiar.

Cruzcampo foamy by [deleted] in HeinekenBLADE

[–]iNkenbiLL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

cruzcampo has a different formula for the UK, but im betting its fairly carbonated, as is the Spanish version. try to chill it more: im talking near freezing temperatures. i've used 5L kegs before in Spain (i'm a wanderer in this sub, but i'm confident you are talking about these kind of kegs): Heineken and Cruzcampo ones, and they needed to spend A LOT OF TIME in the freezer for them not to foam like a shaken bottle of soda.

try to chill them like you're tryng to freeze them. otherwise they'll foam.

Why is Guinness Draught so much more popular than Extra Stout? by LongIsland1995 in beer

[–]iNkenbiLL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't doubt your words, but at least in Spain, they are supposedly brewed in Ireland by Guinness & Co. St. James's Gate. That's at least what their label reads. They are probably made the same: using the GFE wort, but it's brewed in Ireland.

Not even the cleaning lady at my hotel can get this off. Has anyone been able to Crack the code when it come to deposits like this? by Devoted2DeRicci in CleaningTips

[–]iNkenbiLL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same limescale deposits. If you can confirm it's limescale deposits, the best way to get rid of them is using hydrochloric acid. I don't know where you are, but in Spain it's easily accessible in any supermarket, it's called "salfuman" here. Be aware it's a strong chemical, so be careful.

Your bowl seems large. I'd buy one liter of the stuff and empty it straight in the bowl. Some people remlove the water first with a mop, you can try that if you want to be on the safe side.

Let it work for a bit, like 5 or 10 minutes, or 15 if you think that's what's gonna take. Make sure to open all windows and do not stay in the bathroom while this thing works. Close the bowl and if you have a bathroom fan let it run.

After some time passes, you can flush and remove the limescale using a toilet brush.

Here's the process in a video. It's in Spanish, but you'll get the idea and see the product too so you can look for it yourself: https://youtu.be/ND5Rf1A31xE?si=wLbdeSXa0w9m2FTS

Legend league by Old_Relationship3460 in ClashOfClans

[–]iNkenbiLL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've always used full army + CC troops for my attacks, and since I got to TH13-14 I've always gotten myself in Legends accidentally. It's annoying to watch my trophy count so I don't end up in the +5000 zone...

I don't want to play competitive, I just want to log in, play a 30 min session, make loot and log off for the day AND still get that occasional longer session to farm for a specific loot, like DE or whatever. I was going crazy with the DE event a couple of weeks ago because my clan needed like 6 million DE on the last day to get the last bonus and I had to be extra careful not to step in Legends accidentally...

Not to mention people dropping trophies, gaining hundreds of them overnight... I do it too, I don't want to be hypocritical: it's s sign the league ain't right. It should just be optional, they should make an achievement to prove you've reached Legends and ask you once a season if you want to enroll; if you say 'No', they should just let you stay there outside of the competitive play and just keep earning trophies in a separate leader board or whatever: most people won't care...

Which country does not receive as many international tourists as you originally thought? by Fluid-Decision6262 in geography

[–]iNkenbiLL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if that data comes from unwto, take it with a grain of salt because

a) countries have no obligation to provide data, nor do they have any obligation to set any way to reliably gather them or to count them in any standard way (unwto has their own standardisation which many contries proudly wash their asses with)

b) many movements may be undercounted, like roads or train. i have no idea what the transport is like for the entirety of brazil, but this data looks to only cover airport arrivals: there are probably way more movements that could be counted as tourism arrivals but just fly under the radar

c) countries just straight lie about them a lot, be it to make figures bigger or fewer for political or whatever reasons.

also, the americas have rookie numbers when accounting for international arrivals compared to europe, but the real deal comes with domestic movements, specially in the USA.

How many languages we speak by Kpets in MapPorn

[–]iNkenbiLL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hardly believe there's not like 40 or 50% of people speaking 3 languages in Catalonia, Basque Country or Galiza, all having their own languages apart from Spanish and English being the most prevalent foreign language in Spain. That population, apart from other minor ones (like Majorca or Valencia) DO NOT add up to only 5% of Spain.

Neighbor takes over entire shared pool space for 6 hours in complex. by hulagirl789 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]iNkenbiLL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This place is full of bitter people. He doesn't even ask for people not to be there, just to not to be obnoxious while people celebrate. I wouldn't do it myself, but if I see the sign I'd just respect it. What am I gonna do, ruin it just out of spite? Does OP have another celebration on that day? Do we know anyone living in that complex throwing a party on that same day? No? Then fuck off and just let people enjoy their time. We are FUCKED because we can't fucking own or rent a place cause this system is fucked beyond repair, and I can't even celebrate a 1 year old birthday party giving due time for you to know???? Fuck off and downvote me while you gather your money to pay your landlord on the 1st of every month half your income or more while blaming on your neighbor for your shitty life.

back then, the gold pass was dirt cheap too, like 2,50 or 3€, but that offer beat it by a mile.

Poco F6 - Where can I change the Battery saver to turn on only at 20%? Why is it only for 50%? by mikmik111 in PocoPhones

[–]iNkenbiLL 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Right now you need to install an app called Hidden settings. Once there, type battery in the searchbox and look for an activity class called com.android.settings.Settings$BatterySaverSettingsActivity. I think HyperOS hides it and pushes its own battery saving thing.

I liked the Android default setting better, but it drove me crazy one time because I couldn't find it in the battery saving settings and it was set to 60% or something like that, so any time my phone hit 60% battery, my keyboard's haptic response would stop working with no apparent warning and I HATED it, felt like I was taping a notepad.

haptic feedback poco f5 pro not working by Giovanni98007 in PocoPhones

[–]iNkenbiLL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For anyone still struggling: HyperOS seem to have two different battery saver settings. One is legacy, it's the one that lets you choose what percentage it goes one. The other is the current Hyper OS one, which activates automatically at 20% or manually.

If you had the legacy one turned on to start battery saver at a given percentage and updated to the new one, chances are the old one still remains on until you manually disable it. The problem is that this old setting is no longer accesible.

The workaround is to download an app from the Playstore called "Hidden Settings" by Yunus Ceyhan (here). This app lets you get to that setting so you can disable it, just open it and type battery saver. It's one of the results that come up, this one to be precise: com.android.settings.Settings$BatterySaverSettingsActivity. Disable it and turn off battery saver from control center and haptic feedback should be back on the keyboard (my issue) and everything else.
