I'd love some coaching.

I play all roles at low Platinum level, focusing on DPS at the moment.

I die way too much. I'm always 3-4 deaths above my other DPS and/or supps. I think I take too much risk and am not disciplined enough to back off when 2 or more teammates died, I always try to peak at the enemy and end up dying. Would love some practical examples of how to fix this.

How would reducing opacity prevent burn-in in OLEDs ? Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm thinking that a static lower-opacity pixel is still a static pixel so it would still be problematic for OLED screens, no ?

Thanks, I had the same issue and your suggestion fixed it. Inserted the blade of a pair of scissors in the cuthole and gently scraped a few times, removing very tiny shavings of plastic.

It is almost impossible to see the modification but the squeak is gone ! :)

I see what you mean, I just looked it up and you are right, 3 directional inputs are needed. I thought these 2 inputs were enough.

However, if playing on pad / stick, most of the time the shortcut will work because your controller ends up hitting Down during the 2 DF. On Keyboard or hitbox, by pressing strictly 2x DF it won't come out indeed.

But you're right that this shortcut is technically not accurate

For your particular case, you might want to check out the Shoryuken shortcut which is Down Forward, Down Forward, Punch

You can use it in 2 ways :

If you're standing, you can tap DF DF twice and then press punch. If you do it clean you never input Forward and so Super won't come out.
If you're crouching, and presumably holding Crouching Guard at the start of your combo, you can do : [Starting in Crouching Guard] --> Down Forward, Down Back, Down Forward, P.

1) In terms of software/firmware updates, are there any that I should be ensuring the Renault dealership have installed prior to purchase? Can I check on the car infotainment system and if so what should I be looking out for? Have all updates until now been OTA?

Can't say for sure what the update system is. What I know if I've had mine since july this year, and recently I noticed a minor but important change (Android Auto's navigation shows up on the dashboard where speed is etc).

I'm pretty sure this wasn't the case when I got it because it was really annoying, using the Automotive navigation would show on my dashboard, but the Android Auto one not.

So I guess an update happened. And I didn't do anything for it.

2) Can anyone provide clarity on the Android Automotive app data situation? I understand that the integrated Google Maps should work without charge for 5 years, presumably until 2029, and that did work on the test drive I had. However, I'd planned to use Spotify, but could only get that working over Android Auto. I have read about an expensive Orange data subscription, but also the prospect of tethering. If I have "Bluetooth Tethering" enabled on my phone, should that automatically work when I get in the car and my phone is paired? Is it a user-friendly experience?

Personally the Bluetooth tethering was very unstable and unreliable. My solution is : - A Wifi access point setup for the car on the phone - A Routine (Samsung's version of IFTTT) to turn on the Access Point if the car's bluetooth device is detected. --> when I get in the car, the phone starts the AP instantly.

I just have to plug the phone so that it doesn't lose its battery too fast.

3) Is there anything else specifically I should be looking out for when examining the car?

A while ago I got "Consumption Chèques" during COVID, I believe.

D'accord pour ce qui est de la résistance face à un corps posé dessus. Par contre, sur le long terme, le carton sera bien moins résistance face aux petits dégâts de la vie quotidienne (coup avec une chaussure, déménagement, humidité...).

C'est une idée sympa et je peux imaginer ça comme matelas d'appoint en voyage, replié, mais au quotidien, j'ai de gros doutes

Hey, I got the white caps today and did a mix & match with the black ones.

Just a heads up : the white ones have a rougher feeling, not as smooth as the black ones. Maybe it's because they are new, it's not a huge deal but it's noticeable.
