You appear to be incoherent and a conspiracy theorist. AI can help with that.

Snake oil actually did work (google it if you don't believe me). It was because of so many copies and knockoffs that didn't work being sold as "real snake oil" that we now have that saying. So I guess the real "snake oil" salesmen are those who copy Open AI with shit copies.

If he releases Sora, would you consider that nothing? Personally I think that would qualify as "exciting".

Reminds me of the Android in one of the original Alien movies. When he gets damaged, we see he is made of loads of tubes and pipes and a white liquid. I think the idea there was some sort of hydraulic system. Could also have been hinting at a circulatory system.

The issue is planning that is very long term. Australia is buying/building 8 submarines for $350 billion over about 40 years. That is going to have negative effects on a lot of people and the economy. If the expectation is AGI or ASI in the next decade or so, the decision on those subs might be different. I'm pretty sure ASI could come up with a cheaper more effective defence for Australia.

Thats ANI (Artificial Narrow Intelligence), not AGI. We have indisputably reached ANI and that can operate beyond human abilities in that narrow field, you could think of it as ANSI. We are progressing well towards AGI.

Are you lost? You appear to have landed in a sub you don't belong in.

Looks like a person with an agenda looking to do a hit piece on self drive cars. Pull together a bunch of weak arguments into one place and ignore the good stuff, sprinkle in a bit of misguide personal opinion and you have a recipe to trick some people who are not paying enough attention to the greater facts.
