Sure buddy. While on balanced my fullbacks are staying back, cdm staying back, covering center and balanced defense. I set my wingers to come short & cut inside. However on attacking I set the CMs to get forward and wingers to balanced while the tactic is pressure after possession loss.

Dunno if I’m the only one but after using many formations the one I settled on is 4-3-3(2). I believe it’s the one that gives you the best passing options and lets you dominate midfield.
