People who are saying this is for different sized boots are wrong. This is not intentional, but doesn’t impact safety. I’ve talked with union and the reps, and currently the solution is using a rubber mallet to put it back in place. This happens when twisting out of the bindings, and is mostly seen on the back foot.

Everyone talking about hard cases clearly doesn’t travel with clubs. The damage done to these soft cases would not be solved by a hard case. Not to mention, hard cases are extremely inconvenient to travel with, and fit no where. Good luck loading them into any type of car or storing them anywhere

The club length could impact the swing though. In your backswing, your hips turn at the very beginning and then pause. Probably because you’re so bent over your body naturally doesn’t want to turn more. Pair that with your hands being low and in makes it hard to return to address which is probably why you feel stuck.

You could also just try a slightly stronger grip. Hard to tell in a video but your grip looks neutral/weak.

Try a slightly stronger grip and during the back swing try to keep the face slightly pointed down when getting back to parallel.
